Thrifty Car Rental

Great experience for my first time Thrifty car rental. I was upgraded to a new Wrangler that worked perfectly for our time at the beach. The experience with the staff was excellent.

Kathleen in the Wilmington Airport was awesome! I didn't make any reservation and no other rental company had any cars. Kathleen hooked me up with a mini-van which was perfect! She was so caring and helped make the experience smooth and less stressful. We wouldn't have had a car if it weren't for her. She was friendly and fun to chat with as well. Give her a Raise! She's an asset to your company!

As always Thrifty/Dollars exceeds my expectationeverytime Kellie, Amber, and Kathleen are always knowledgeable about the vehicles at there locations and what vehicle's to choose according to the trip I'm taking. That team is PHENOMENAL I JUST LOVE THEM!! They are always friendly and fun to chat with as well. Give Them a Raise! They All are an asset to your company!

Manager's Surprise Special was a 2020 Dodge Charger; loved it and a great rate. Friendly and efficient service!

Wilmington, NC Airport location.nnAccording to the attendant at the desk, this is NOT a corporate location, just a licensed location... wanted to charge me $39.99 a day for their insurance, because I was using a Debit card.nnEvery other rental agency places a hold on funds during the rental.nnI had reserved a 7 day rental. The cost of the insurance would outweigh my rental. Oh no baby, what is you doing?!nnNeedless to say, I cancelled my reservation on the spot!
