Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Enterprise came to my rescue when an airport based car rental agency raised the rate on the rental car I was leasing from $479 weekly to over $2000 weekly. It was bad enough to have my own car in service for extensive repair. I certainly didn't need the additional upset of a car rental agency that I thought I had a years long relationship with, trying to take unfair advantage of my situation. Their salesperson knew there was a shortage of cars at the airport that day and thought I had no choice. However, Enterprise not only found a car for me, they came to the airport to get me. Additionally, when my own car was finally repaired, they drove me to retrieve it as well. They will be my go to car rental agency from now on!!! Thank you so much for your fair business practices, professionalism and courtesy.

The staff at this location are amazing! I called on a Saturday and Carlos was the only one working but he offered to get recent return cleaned and sanitized for me within a few hours. He answered all my questions and was very patient and professional with me. The pick up was fast and easy and my conversations with other team members, like Michelle, were extremely pleasant. Recommend this team 100%. Your excellent customer service is extremely appreciated!

The location and people working were great. My issues is with the use of the word premium in there line up. I paid more to have a premium car. I received a base model charger. Nothing premium about it no added features uncomfortable cloth seats small back seat. I rent a fair amount of cars and trucks and every full size was nicer than this. Your site states premium as having more features larger room ect. I did not see that at all... To add to this as well dash showed that oil needed to be changed the brakes shook the car horribly and it pulled to the right. It's too bad I've really enjoyed renting from them is the past.

Michelle (who is an employee there) called so many times about the rental I was driving that I blocked her so she could only leave messages...They were able to charge my card because it was in file...She also wasn't honest about a new contract being at retail prices...if she had of been I would had returned the car and found a more reasonable option...who would pay 350 dollars a week...After paying 125 dollars....Just not right!!!

I recently arrived at the 1930 Castle Rd, Wilmington, NC location where I had reserved a vehicle to rent for travel from North Carolina back to Massachusetts. My rental associate was Carlos Flowers. Carlos had my brother and I in a new Ford Flex and on the road back to Massachusetts in less than 20 minutes. Carlos was a highly professional young man who was very kind and accommodating. I would highly recommend Carlos to anyone who is interested in renting a car. Carlos was very knowledgeable in his profession. I would strongly recommend to Enterprise Rent -A- Car to consider Carlos Flowers for a supervisory position in the near future.
