National Car Rental

Beware if you are using the online reservation section on the website. It allows you to put in the date, location, time of pickup, and lets you pick the vehicles they have available. I did all of those things, got a confirmation number that they had a vehicle ready for me. Drove all the way there, 45 minutes away in One Direction for the person at the counter to tell me that they don't have anything available. And I retrieved my confirmation number and showed it to her and she had zero sympathy and said she did not have any vehicles. What is the point of reserving a car and getting a confirmation? I am so confused. Extremely poor customer service.
