Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Do not recommend. Claim when car was returned it had hail damage on the roof. So I will have a claim with my insurance company. However there was no storm and no hail while I had the vehicle. Also if there had of been a storm with hail the roof wouldn’t be the only thing with hail damage. I feel like they were just trying to get some insurance money.

Great place to rent from..these guys are running their behinds off to make everyone happy. Would recommend to anyone.

We love the Enterprise location in Dunn NC!. Great staff, nice cars, and easy process for renting.

At first they were very helpful but then there rudeness start it.I will not recommend to rent from Enterprise especially in these place due to there rudeness and trying to collect my credit card without permission. Courtney the manager was helpful but then not that helpful just like John the guy with glasses. Iv been with enterprise for so long and paid i was late few times but 3 or 4 times thats it. I will not reccomend this place.
