Budget Car Rental

I had a reservation for a standard sized vehicle, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was told that it no vehicles were available. They had NO other replacement vehicles for me except a large passenger van. I has a 7 hour round trip to take and I knew that the gas in that van would cost me a fortune! The representative gave me a discount, but the fuel cost would eat that up. Upon returning the vehicle I later found out that I was then OVERCHARGED! Working on getting that straightened out now. Terrible service. Never again.

Josh was amazing! He was professional, quick, and made sure we were taken care of. Excellent service. Would definitely recommend to others.

The vehicle was in excellent condition. An upgrade was not available. Service was good too. I recommend Budget Car Rental for quality rentals!

Cheapest place I found great car even greater service!

Poor customer service and was put on a DNR list and nobody can tell me why. WS stranded at the airport with no transportation. How can I be put on a DNR list and have a successful rental history with Avis and was returning a returning a rental a day early because of mechanical issues. Poor service
