You are better off getting an Uber to shuttle you around rather than renting from this location. A rep from AAA reserved a vehicle for me after my wife had an accident. What was promised in the initial set up was not delivered upon. No desire to make things right. Will never use again.

These guys really helped me out. My reservation was booked at the wrong airport and they were able to accommodate my reservation last minute even after the location had closed. Typically you don’t receive this type of customer service!

The manager, Debbie, was great to work with. I had to extend my lease a few times and she was always friendly and accommodating. The vehicle I found to replace my totaled one was purchased 2 hours away. I called Debbie and she made arrangements for me to drop it off at RDU airport instead of having to drive it back to Winston-Salem. I was able to drive my new purchase home saving at least four hours.

I rented a car from hertz yesterday, They made sure everything was right for me, My husband and I will be renting from them next month also!

so accomodating..fast service!!!
