Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rented a car for the weekend. The woman who helped me tired to sell me insurance and road side assistance but I didn't need/ want either. After than I could tell she was unhappy helping me. She hurried me into a car that I was not OK with but she said it was all they had. She knew I was traveling with my daughter also. While I was out of town I thought the car was going to breakdown multiple times. I've rented from this location twice. The first time was OK this time I was unsatisfied.I have rented from the Lexington location as well and they were caring and wonderful. They upgraded me for free because they wanted to to be safe. So I suggest going 30 minutes to Lexington.nnUpdate:nRent a car from someone else.. That's all I'm getting into.

This Enterprise Rent-A-Car office is my favorite. I have been a client of this location since 2016/2017 and I have never been disappointed once.nI have met with a lot of staff some of whom have left the location for other locations, the likes of Amanda, very professional and ever ready to help clients.nI cannot complete this review without mentioning the names of some of the current staff who to me, are excellent faces of Enterprise Rent-Car company, including Joseph Henry, Nigel Rouse, Joshua Mcmrurrin and Joniya Johnson. These folks, at one point or the other, during my frequent dealings with this location, have gone beyond the expected to provide for me, wonderful and memorable service. There are others whose names I don't recall but suffice to say that this location is filled with very professional, genuinely enthusiastic staff who will go to a great deal of length to satisfy their customers.nThis location comes highly recommended!

I had a terrible experience at this location. A woman with great customer service assisted me in the process of renting a car, and after recording all of my information and asking me to meet her outside in front of my desired rental; she comes out and tells me that her manager said I needed to add my boyfriend on as an additional driver in order to receive the car. The manager saw me stand and talk through this entire process with her, and waited until I walked outside to receive the keys to the car; to tell me I needed to add him as an additional driver. My boyfriend was helping me to pay for the car, he was not interested in driving the vehicle. After being told, I could not get the vehicle because the manager was not comfortable with me renting, the woman who assisted me told me to try another location in Winston-Salem with the same reservation number. After visiting the Stratford Rd. location, I was told by this locations manager that I could not rent a vehicle because the Peters Creek Pkwy manager notified him, that I may have been trying to rent for someone else. After dealing with enterprise all morning, my spirit was broken. I was about to pay over $500 to rent a car at enterprise for three days whereas after visiting Hertz I only paid $398 for one WEEK (AAA discount I could add a driver for no cost), and this included coverage for the vehicle. Rent with Hertz! Especially if you are under 25, the customer service is great and it was efficient, unlike Enterprise.

From start to finish service was phenomenal. Everything I ask for was available and ready. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable, they had me in and out in no time. If I so happen to need another car to rent Enterprise will be my first choice.

My experience was made better here because of Nigel. He understood me and paid attention to my need. I appreciated his help.
