Had a reservation with Enterprise at Kitty Hawk but, I couldn’t get a ride up there from Rodanthe. Googled cars for rent and Island Cruiser came up. Called and the lady that answered couldn’t be any nicer. Her husband delivered the car right to where our RV was parked and we had a car ready. He said when we are done we the car just leave it here and it will be picked up( can’t be easier then that). We are coming back in September and we will rent from them again.

1st time to Outer Banks. We were in a RV and had a motorcycle for our transportation. The weather did not cooperate with heavy rain and flooding so we decided to rent a car for 2 days. Friendly, easy process and they delivered car to our camp site! Needed to get new battery for RV and was able to get whatever we needed with a car from Island Cruisers! Thanks guys!!!

Customer service was amazing. Valerie was a pleasure to work with- I give her 5 stars. The quality of the vehicle gets 1 Star. I rented a 7 passenger vehicle for 1 day and the vehicle was outdated and very dirty on the inside. It didn’t look like the Jeep had a thorough cleaning in months even years. You can see the dirt on the seatbelts, seats and armrests. Given the current COVID climate, I would have expected a cleaner vehicle. I had to disinfect the wheel and doorhandles myself. I was very disappointed with the quality.

Great customer service! We had a issue with our rental golf cart as we were getting ready to go to the beach fires at night. Even though it was after hours, Island Cruises came by at almost 10PM and fixed our cart, thereby saving our anticipated night of beach fire viewing. Island Cruisers aims to please and that is a fact.
