Very unprofessional manager (Stephen Helms). I booked a reservation today for today. I've done this a couple of times at other locations, and I never have gotten to the location and was told, no cars available. A representative at the location will call and let you know they're out of vehicles. Not this location in Horn Lake, Ms. Mr Helms was very non chalant, as if he could care less, when I was trying to let him know that they should have been calling people, once they were down to the last vehicle, to let us know that it wouldn't be any cars available. Instead of him absorbing the feedback to see if they can make sure this doesn't happen again, he tried to justify it by saying they were getting ready to call people, and reservations are usually booked within 24 hours. Basically trying to blame me for them not putting the proper procedures in place to keep this from happening. Better yet, start calling once it get down to one vehicle left, and not rely on other people returning the vehicle on time. Stephen also said that there were othe people ahead of me and I asked how many, because I don't want to continue to wait a long time. I already had been waiting about 40 minutes, because I got dropped off and didn't know they were out of cars. Well, unprofessional Stephen Helms didn't want to tell me how many was in front of me. Finally, I called my ride, because I couldn't get one from them to another location. I went to the usual location(Brooks Rd)I rent from, and they were very professional as usual. They told me how many cars were ahead. Luckily a few cars came in and they called me to let me know and I'm in a vehicle now. I certainly appreciate their level of professionalism. As far as Horn Lake location, if I could have given you all a zero, I would have. To Stephen Helms, being a manager doesn't suit you. Learn to take constructive criticism without making a paying customer feel that it's their fault for you all mistakes.

We rented a Chevy Equinox. It smelt like marijuana and we tried multiple air fresheners to remove the smell. We then get maybe 2 hours into our travel and the car alerts us that there is 4% oil remaining. We called enterprise and I was told to call enterprises on my drive and try to see if we could switch out the car, but there was nothing my pick-up office could do. I then was told to interrupt our trip and go and find a firestone to change the oil... on a holiday weekend. I began to call enterprises on my drive and after 8 offices were contacted, I finally found an enterprise at our destination that would switch out for a down-grade. Upon arrival, there was 0% oil in the car. When dropping my new rental car off, the agent was kind and helped with accommodating and my pricing since there was such a disruption. I do believe that the oil should've been checked and the smell should've been assessed prior to sending me in the car.

So I found renting a car was much more difficult than it is made out to be.So with that said, I decided to give you a few steps in the right direction before you even get started. 1,UNO, first and foremost AVOID the 1-800 line and internet information/application. As neither of those give you the proper information. I highly suggest only getting information from the location that you will be renting from. As this varies by state & it will help with accuracy of vehicle and information needed. This is because they may have certain cars showing in stock in their system but when you get to the location that you're actually going to be picking up from they might not have the same exact car that they showed earlier. So to keep from getting mixed up or being stuck without a car and having to wait almost 4 other days for one to pop up you can rest easy by just simply calling the correct store I can't stress that enough. l. It's not as easy as having your ID and a copy of insurance they need much more proof of address , they need notarized letters , information you will need in order to rent a car make sure to arrive about an hour or so early so that you have time to check it in and then checked out. The booking process was easy and quick. The wait time after I arrived and helped was less than 15 minutes. The entire process was about 30 minutes. The chosen vehicle was great.. I had the 2020 Chrysler Voyager.. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

Customer service was awesome. Very fast check in and check out process. Only reason I took away a star is because the tire had a slow leak that I had to constantly air. Oil levels were also low. I was told I could take it to the tire shop. I rent for convenience and taking a rented vehicle to get serviced is not convenient to me. My experience was fine but would of been great if vehicle was checked for service issues in advance.
