By far the fastest rental place I have ever been to. Staff was super friendly, worked a great deal on an SUV for a little weekend trip. Will most definitely visit this location again.nnOn a side note, I visited during the snow storms, their parking lot was by far the cleanest, and safest in the area. Too bad Dunn road couldn't of been plowed by the same people. ud83dude01

I needed the vehicle picked up on a tight time commitment. I called in advance to ensure the vehicle was ready and was told it was. When I showed up the vehicle was not washed or cleaned yet. The interior smelled like cannabis and the fuel gage had 5 miles to empty.

Read Yelp review under Christopher D. In short no cars to rent on lot! Unsafe vehicles! Manager Tanner gave no cares about my understanding of my situation! Have pictures on Yelp. But this is my opinion. Also my truth! Also an agent blamed customer for the sake of how the cars are on Dunn Rd Enterprise lot. Huh. Do your job Dunn Rd Enterprise. Check your fleet! An agent had the nerves to say “We don’t have good customers around here.” Said that to my wife and I. I want to know what he meant?

My daughter has a reservation at this location due to an accident. We came to pick up her rental and they told her they didn’t have any cars at the moment. Then we saw them give a car to someone else that we had been parked next to for 40 minutes. Will never use enterprise again!
