My experience with Enterprise was excellent. Especially during a time when my options for commuting were limited. I was always welcomed by courteous, knowledgeable staff that were sensative to my needs. I was able to make my reservations in advance which saved valuable time in processing and I was escorted straight to my vehicle. During and after my rental they checked to see if everything was satisfactory. I recommend Enterprise anytime you need to rent a vehicle that is reliable and suitable for your transportation needs.

This location is convenient, the staff is friendly and they have a decent selection of vehicles. The only thing I don't like is that every other car we've gotten stinks like someone was smoking. I'm not sure if they even clean the cars properly to remove the smoke smell or if they don't always clean them after every return. Just be ready to put some of your own car fresheners to useud83dude15ud83eudd22

I absolutely loved my experience at this location from the moment the customer service representative dropped my rental car off at Caliber Collision Auto Body Shop where I was waiting after putting my vehicle in the shop for accident repairs. I forgot his name but he was very nice and thorough :) He also hooked me up with a 2020 KIA while my car was in the shop. Unlike some location who will literally try to put you In a rental smaller than your own vehicle. The rental car was spotless and so comfortable!! I didn't even miss my 2017 Ford Fusion(which normally I would have) due to being uncomfortable in the rental that was provided to me. However Jared at this location made sure the process of returning my rental car was hassle free and he was also very informative about the return of my security deposit. I would totally without a doubt recommend this location to EVERYONE I know in need of a rental for whatever reason. THANKS AGAIN ENTERPRISE!!!!
