Poor customer service from the woman at the front. She balantly interrupted us in the middle of our conversation with the other employee and talked to us rudely when she didn't even know what we were talking about. Plus, both cars we looked at were VERY dirty. The one given to me had nothing but dog hair literally all over the car, everywhere. Hertz really need to have a standard of clean.

I did rate them 5 stars until I was employed by them. Horrible company. Not reliable and they severely underpay their employees. They tell you one thing then the following day you get reprimanded for doing so. I'd rate them 0 if I could.

This location is awful! Brad has put me on hold so many times and even hangs up on me. Ive never seen such awful customer service. They close at 4pm and will never answer the phone after 3pm. Always claims he is the only one working. Do yourself a favor and call Enterprise in Chesterfield Valley, their whole crew is great to work with!

I planned a trip and I put a reservation in for a car and online it says you can use a debit card as long as they can put a hold on it and when I called the guy said I cannot rent a car with a debit card unless they check my credit I said was there any way you can check everything before I wait till the last minute and can't get the car because I have to be in Arizona on the 24th of June no help whatsoever very disappointed in the response now I must start all over to plan this frustrated. The guy on phone not helpful at all. I still don't know if I can rent with my debt card I have never had a credit card.
