Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My friend returned a car that he rented at another location. It was much more convenient and less hassle. Personnel were friendly and very helpful.

Always professional. Always good service. The pandemic causes them a real challenge to operate, but they did well.

Everyone was very nice and very friendly. They are wonderful to work with and can quickly meet the needs you have for a vehicle. My only complaint was that they were higher priced than surrounding locations and the cleanliness of the car. It had a sign that it had extra cleaning. However, it didn't look as though it had been cleaned. Our of extra precaution, I went ahead and wiped it down myself and I am so glad I did. My wipe was completely brown when I was finished. This was just wiping down the hard surfaces. In the back seat, there were dirt footprints on the back of the seat that easily wiped away. I would recommend a better cleaning prior to rental.
