didin't want to give them than but the person Keith was very nice, on another note my family rented a van to go on a trip to NC we decided to leave around 2:00am to beat traffic. On the highway the tire blow out thank God we was only in Gaithersburg, at almost at a traffic light I called the 800 # for USave customer service lady told us they will have a tow come with a spare tire and change it we thought okay good nope when the tow drive called us he tells me the only thing they can do is tow it back to Frederick (because it was no spare tire in the van) my grandson is crying in backseat no way home stuck in the van for more then an hour tow came now it's almost 3--4 am my daughter had to call her boyfriend to take them home meanwhile my husband and I had to call a Lyft to go back home now called USave for a full refund at first they didn't want to she told me looks like I hit something WRONG!!! will never get my $ again!!!!
John provides wonderful customer service and he is very handsome!!
