I will never give them my business because of how rude they were to me. If I could remember the gentleman’s name that “helped me” I would let you know... I guess they’re ok with taking your debit card if the responsible driver was at fault for totaling your brand new car but not when you’re trying to go on vacation. Makes absolutely no sense.

I wanted to write a less than favorable review because I really dislike Hertz' overall rules compared to other car rental companies, but the staff at this location are so patient and really worked hard to resolve an issue with the car stinking like smoke and I really appreciated it, they are really amazing. BTW, smokers, stop smoking in rental cars!

I booked my reservation long back and today when I went to pick up location was closed and they said go to Frederick to pick up, I went there to pick up they said your reservation is cancelled ud83dude21 so they re booked for me, i told them I had paid for car insurance for my previous reservation so can you transfer my Insurance to new reservation, they said call Customer service they will help you, And when I called customer service they said you have to go to the airport in person to book because we can’t book Thru phone and all our store is closed.nAnd I am now middle of the highway and my airport is 2 hr far from me.nnThis is so sad I had a worst experience I will never ever book from hertz which is useless service and people. I regret booking from here because morning when I went to pick up before me there was 2 customers were very upset and now I am too.

Excellent team. This location and the staff really cared about me and worked hard to help make a difficult situation work and were pleasant and empathetic throughout. They made my hot mess of a life a little brighter.
