Kelsey is a real treat. Lacking professionalism and common sense for sure. Broke down in a rental 15 mins away. Would not get me a replacement car to make my flight! Basically told me that's my problem. Not a hertz issue just an terrible employee. This after being broken down for 7 hrs without getting any help from hertz. Had to get myself to a hotel, taxi and a $200 uber to the airport. Could have been a 5 start review. Filed a claim with hertz for basically abandoning me. Even Hertz roadside could get her off her pedestal to help me and could believeher action. They also documented the experience. I rent over 20 cars a year and have never met anyone like her. Dont go here. Thanks so much for doing nothing to help a person in need.

This place is great! awesome customer service and Kelsi was extremely helpful and polite!! they got me in and out of my rental quickly and hassle free!! definitely recommend!!

Very easy to deal with. No problems. Kelsi was extra nice and very helpful while my other vehicle was getting repaired.

I’ve never been treated w/ such unprofessionalism. I rented here for more than a yr, multiple times every month, and spent thousands of dollars on cars. But last week, when I made a reservation, I was told by the attendant, whom I dealt w/ every time I rented, that I “-can’t ever rent a car at this location.” She gave me no explanation and refused to rent to me. When I spoke to upper management, days later, they told me that was false. She LIED to me and then told me it was because her manager- at a location I’ve never rented from- “mistook me for somebody else.” She knew me personally and did not vouch for my good standing as a customer. I’ve never returned a car low on gas, let alone had any run-ins. I’m a gold customer and yet, Kelsi Engle YELLED at me, REFUSED my business, and treated me like DIRT. Voluntarily, I will never rent from this location again because of her disdainful and targeted treatment.
