Rent-A-Wreck

I called at 150pm to get a rental they was not suppose to close until 4pm the lady working was very rude and say well I have a hair appointment with my daughter (mind you it was her and her daughter just getting their hair done her daughter is well over 18 years old and able to do thing on her own) the lady tells me she is not waiting on me it would of only took me 10 mins to get there she WOULD NOT STAY UNTIL HER BUSINESS HOURS WAS OVER ... she then tells me if I still wanted to get a rental I would have to pay $150 Deposit instead of $100 because she would have to come back after hours and a after hours fee because she would not wait on me to get there and not to mention they only give you 100 miles a day and charge A ridiculous price if you go over miles and if the gas exactly exactly where it was when you take it back they charge you 675 per gallon of gas ...I definitely would not recommend this place to ANYONE ... they will find any reason to keep ur deposit even if they are lying about there reason for keeping ur deposit... DO MOT GET A RENTAL FROM THESE PEOPLE UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO GIVE AWAY CAUSE THEY ARE NOT RETURNING YOUR DEPOSIT!!!!!

Tried to make me responsible for previous damage. Vehicle was rented on a rainy day and they still required me to take it to a car wash and vacuum it out for the tiniest amount of dirt.

The worst place to ever rent from! It is literally called rent a wreck because their cars are trash to begin with and when u return them they find reasons for the customer to pay for damages that weren't there. The car was never smoked in and they said it was and kept the deposit! They said there was damages to the front end of the car, and there wasn't! They didn't check the car to start with, I did the walk around by myself and returned it in the same condition. They are a SCAM!!

Great car, great service! We needed to rent a manual transmission car for the weekend and they are the only ones who do it. They were very quick to find a great car for us, set it up, and FULLY explained how the deposit process worked. They woman who set everything up was very friendly and answered all my questions. My deposit was returned on time and I was only charged for the days we used the car with no hidden fees. I highly recommend their service and we will be returning for our future rental needs.

THIS PLACE RUNS A SCAM, They charge you a security deposit up front separate from the rental fee and then submit it several days after you return the car in my case 4 days after then give you the run around when you try and get it back. You no longer have the face to face contact or the at the time proof that there claim is fraudulent. Anyone who's a victim of this please contact me if your interested in joining in on a small claims suit against them.
