I reserved a vehicle at this location a week prior to my arrival. At that time I was informed that I needed to provide additional information. I did this, and then I was told that they would not rent to me due to an out of state licence. The management was dismissive and rude. They did pick me up though, and the driver was very affable.

We have had only wonderful experiences each time we have visited the Cumberland Enterprise office. They always go above and behind to satisfy our needs which are different each time we rent a vehicle. They're all courteous and knowledgeable. The vehicles are always clean and well maintained, which is one of the main reasons that we rents so frequently. We have 2 sons in college so when traveling to see them we don't want to have to worry about car maintenance and with Enterprise we have never had any concerns. Thanks to the wonderful team (Brittney, Emily, Brandon and everyone else!!!!!!
