Well I’m glad everyone had a good experience at their location in Houma. But I didn’t. I had a black woman with glasses that wouldn’t let me speak and literally asked me if I was done after I was done trying to explain my question. I give them a two. Only cause she did answer my question. But she was rude af.

I never had many problems with the Office itself. The 1 thing I don't like is how u can never get anyone on the phone when u need them and never a callback, no response at all. I have found it happen often that my case gas been closed bc of mail issues, etc and bc of no returned call u get denied or complete closure on ur case. They are very good at handling all the other parts of ur applicat and case. Only thing is answer or give a callback. Alot if things would work differently if so.

It was alright but they could of did what I did in the office. Didn't know you could do things over the telephone now though you have to go in to the office. GOOD ud83dudc4d THING !!
