My wife and I made a reservation for a pickup in Houma, LA about two weeks ago. We arrived at the store a few minutes after the appointed time. The girl checked us out, got everything entered then told us to wait and she would drive the pickup around to us.nnThe truck had a half a tank of gas and was covered in bugs. Inside and out were dirty. I can live with getting a dirty rental vehicle, it's the 30 minutes to an hour of my time that's lost because this company and it's representative presents such poor performance, motivation, and attitude.nnWe've been Hertz Gold members and AAA for 15 + years. . . if this is their new work order after filing bankruptcy they might as well just quit today.nnHertz has moved to last on our car rental list after this experience.
Wrong car..locations not right.. price not right.. the desk lady rude... Worse experience I've ever had.. had to get manager ... Took 30mins to fix
Placed on hold for a long period of time, twice! I was told the customers inside the office were more important than the customer on the phone. I left contact information so she could call me back, I have yet to rent a vehicleud83dude25 I ended up calling Enterprise with reasonable hold time, & no delay in service. Hertz we must do better☝
I love the service the young man was very nice
Friendly, attentive service, clean cars. Always helpful in meeting my transportation needs.
