Their place in Houma LA was top notch but the one in the Memphis airport needs help. They actually lost the car I dropped off and called me to make sure I returned it. Make sure you get a confirmation email on your return.

Great experience! I was dropping a car off and there was a couple things that I needed some additional help with. Kendra took the time to assist me and get me on my way. Was very kind and helpful, she could have easily passed the work on but didn’t. Thank you Kendra!!

The process needs to change. Why does your website not check inventory before allowing me to book a vehicle? For a week and a half after our accident, I booked the van we needed only to have the store call(they didn't call everyday) to try to up sell something more expensive. It wasn't until I booked at an Enterprise further away from my house that the local office called to offer me the van I'd been after. Every day for a week and a half I would book a van and the days they would call to try to change it, I'd offer to take a different seven passenger vehicle only have to them say they were out. I find the airports are the only reliable rental locations. These outskirt stores just lie to the customers to try to get their most expensive vehicles rented.
