Poor customer service. I would never use them again and would not recommend Hertz to anyone I know , not even a stranger. I was billed for using a rental for 2 additional days that I didn't have the car. Local manager and supervisor would not take the time to help me get it corrected. I called Customer Svc and got worse service. I never got my money back for days I didn't use the vehicle, even after customer service clerk admitted I was billed for these days. Hertz is all about making a dollar at the customer expense. I will turn this over to the Better Business Bureau. # companies with poor customer service.

Terrible service, I requested a Suburban and they only had a Ford Explorer, wanted to charge me UPGRADE fee of $13 a day for the 2 weeks that I had the vehicle. The people in the office was no help with the problem, gave me 1-800 number and after 4 different transfers to 4 different departments, I was told to call and discuss with the store. I reserved the vehicle for a week, went to the store 2 day before it was due back and extended the rental for another week, and it took 4 day to get the extension completed and additional charges of $78 of overcharge on top the weekly rental. Nobody seem to want to help me with the almost 300 of over charges.

Would rate 0 stars if I could. Reserved a car and they didn’t have one. Guy at the desk was very rude. Will never go to a hertz again. Avoid at all cost.

Excellent, friendly service. Solid car. I can't believe how speedy and efficient the pickup and drop off exchanges were.

Rented from this place before and they don't have the car available and try to lower your rental car. However they don't lower the rental price. You have to firmly ask to get what you need.
