Very Satisfied. I've been dealing with Lucas for the past few months and have always been extremely satisfied with his work.nnLucas has gone above and beyond in customer skills, attention to detail, and offering new deals that would benefit me. I have never had a bad experience with him.nnOn several occasions I've had to modify my rental and he was able to suggest the best deals for me.nnI was also in the store when I overheard him telling his customer he would stay an hour Late in order to accomodate the customer's schedule.nnThis showed me that he treats all of the customers with the attentiveness to the their needs as well as the company.nnHe is a shining star.

As a full time minister I travel quite a bit. I had an unexpected five hundred mile drive to make and wanted a more comfortable car. They helped me at the last minute and I was very happy with the car they gave me. Thanks guys for the good experience.

I’m extremely disappointed with Enterprise, We broke down yesterday in Natchitoches Louisiana. Called Enterprise and explained everything. The representative never once said everything about not excepting debt cards from out of state. The man that picked us up was very professional and very nice. Arrived at Enterprise the was rude and unprofessional. But the man working with her explained Enterprise policy about out of town debt cards and why very soft spoken and professional. But of course the woman kept on escalating the situation. She’s clearly in the wrong profession, we are all humans and make mistakes. At this location we will never rent here ever !!!!! She needs retraining ud83dude21ud83dude21
