DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME IN THIS BUSINESS! First the person in the front desk is very rude. They DO NOT honor reservation. We put reservation a month in advance. Just take out reservations if you do that honor them, same as I read on most reviews. Big SCAM! Get away from these business.

ZERO STARS...we reserved a car a week in advance and they did not honor the reservation. We reserved it for 8am as soon as they opened and we showed up and there was no car. They told us there would be another car between 10am-12pm, we showed up at 11 and they said “the person hasnt returned the car yet” and didn’t know when they would. (This is BS because car rentals have a specific time for return). They told us they would call us back and we never got a call back. We went to enterprise and was able to get a car within an hour and NEVER received a call back from Hertz. Terrible customer service. All these 5 star reviews is probably because they paid full price. It seems as if they will give your car away if you reserved the same day and pay full price rather than planning ahead for the discount. Never again. DO NOT GO HERE.

The service was fast and friendly. I received the car externally a bit dirty and had a bit of existing damage but it was clean inside. (They weren't able to wash it due to some environmental excavation project) return was equally as quick and friendly.. I washed the car and returned better than received.. overall great experience..

I just wanna give a special thanks to Masoud Fakhrai for allowing me to rent from them and going the extra mile being knowledgeable about everything. Honoring the price I was quoted. And a special thanks to the guy that help me with the walk around the car and showing me how to open the back door.. Thanks again. Never will I ever rent from the airport at Hartsfield when I go back to Atlanta. Hertz in Norcross on buford you guys ROCK

Staff was great and all with a smile. Took time to make sure I was satisfied with vehicle. Hard to find great customer service now a days. Will definitely come back.
