I have been renting from Patrick at this Avis Rental location for over 10 years. We have always had a pleasant experience with Patrick and his team members. We rent cars, especially mini vans and bigger SUVs, various times per year due to our line of work and travel needs. The rates cannot be beat at this location and with planning ahead of time, we are able to secure our needed vehicles with less fees than the Atlanta Airport. Not only do we get the best rates, but Patrick and his team make sure we get great cars. We will be renting from this location for many years to come.

I picked up my car from this location a few days ago and usually dread going to pickup a rental car. Kayla made the process so seamless and easy. she called early in the day to confirm my rental to make sure that we were good. When I got there, she communicated everything really well and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. I was in and out of the door quickly and was on my way. Kayla was absolutely amazing and would recommend this location for your rental car needs!

I came in with my boyfriend on the 15th and was greeted and helped by Kayla. From the start to the end Kayla made the experience quick, smooth and easy. We had a long travel day and Kayla made sure we were helped promptly and she was very accommodating to our needs. We definitely will be coming back very soon!

Patrick was the best!! After a horrible experience at another location he went above & beyond to be sure we were in & out & satisfied!! At a cheaper price too! Highly recommend this location!
