I don't often write reviews but I regularly rent from Enterprise (most weeks) for out of town business trips. I find they are very professional, responsive and generally very easy to deal with.nI typically rent vehicles first thing in the morning when they open and return the vehicles after hours and have never had a problem.nThe staff is always friendly and efficient. They give me know reason to consider a competitor.

I recently rented a car from this location. Overall, the guy I met to pick up the car was very friendly and the car worked fine. The car did have some issues in the interior. It had a strong odor from someone smoking in it and some areas did not look like they had been cleaned. After returning the car, I informed Management of the issue. They were very easy to work with, and very reasonable in finding a resolution to the problem (i.e. providing discount). I would rent from this location again.

Good car for price for 16 days. Memo on car computer indicated needed oil change each time starting. Able to ignore by canceling. INSIDE of windshield was filthy and VERY difficult to clean. Only got driver's side somewhat clean. Got good mileage for trip. Car seats very comfortable.

If you enjoy outdated technology and rude employees as well as a manager this is your place. My car window was bashed in and my wallet stolen requiring me to get a repair and rental car. They refused to accept Apple Pay or a family member under my safe insurance claim’s card over the phone. When i tried to use my fiancé’s credit card they told me the rental would have to be put in his name which wasn’t possible as my rental was through State Farm.nnThe manager and employee were rude and dismissive, clearly felt they had better things to do than the jobs they are paid for with how quickly they told me my business was not welcome there. They made it very clear they would rather not have to deal with a customer than secure business or treat potential customers with respect.

I almost always have some kinda issue dealing with the clerks at a car rental place. But when i tell u that Calvin went above and beyond to insure i was satisfied,he did just that. I am a patient woman especially these days dealing with people. But he made sure i left there place a very happy woman. I appreciate customer service so much,especially since it seems to not exist in this world today. So thank u thank u thank u Calvin for all that u do in customer service. I'll be referring any and everyone i work with to u guys.
