They dont answer the phone in Douglas ga. I tried to get a car for three days. They did not have any available. My truck was being repaired and my insurance company was paying for the rental. Progressive insurance has always offered to pay for me a rental. But when you have no cars available, that doesn't help me a bit. I would not recommend this company as a reliable service to anyone.

Customer service was the pits . When my husband and I walked thru the door to the office another lady was there . Instead of the rep. saying good morning I will be you in a minute he just over looked up. He gave us no help just made excuses one right after the other where they do that at. The location is Douglas Georgia . I had a confirmation number and a reservation number so if nothing was available those should never been given to me.

Awesome service, check in was easy an quick but the seats were a little dirty. Overall great customer service and very friendly.

Loved the vehicle but the customer service was ridiculous. I rented a car through insurance due to an accident. Didn’t mind paying the $50.00 deposit and sales taxes. Learned today that my deposit that was suppose to be returned to me was taking away and also I was charged $17.94 for some other taxes and refueling expenses. When I returned the vehicle it had a half of a tank of gas. The customer service agents name is Austin Kilby. He has a nice nasty attitude. I will never use this company or recommend it to anyone of my family members again.
