Every rental I have picked up from Enterprise has been clean and a smooth ride. Both rentals were for at least a month at a time. Customer service was smooth as well. Friendly faces, quick and easy pick up and drop off. Would recommend Enterprise to my friends and family. Thanks, Enterprise for a great experience!

Went to the Milton, Florida location. The car I received was a 2019 Chevy Malibu that was in impeccable condition. The car had been fully detailed and was spotless inside and out. I loved the flexibility of being able to extend my rental when I travel for work. However, I do wish that this feature was available online or in the app as this location has long hold times. Brian was very nice, accommodating, and guided me through the whole process quick and efficiently. This seems to be a very busy location that is understaffed with limited inventory. Regardless, Brian and the rest of the staff still delivered great customer service with the situation they were given, and I can appreciate that. Thank you for all you do.

The car was great. You cleaned they inside of the car with way too many chemicals and perfume scents that caused me to have a bad allergic reaction. My face and and eyes swelled up. Please next time I would like to request a car with out all of the harsh chemicals I am very allergic to them.nThank you,nAngela Curran

I love renting cars from Enterprise, I never go anywhere else. They always have what I need or they will accommodate me and give me a free upgrade if they don’t have the Vehicle I reserved. And I always have a very good experience with them and all of their employees have great customer service. I would definitely recommend enterprise.

I have rented with enterprise twice now and both times I had a very pleasant experience. I had to keep the car I rented for longer then I anticipated and the man who helped me extend my rental found me discounts, and gave me a great price. I will definitely go back if I ever need to rent a car again!!
