I made an appointment for 8am. When I got there I asked for my service advisor and was told she wouldn't be in until 8:15, so I had someone else help me. Not sure why they schedule an appointment for a time they won't be in.... All I requested was an oil change and tire rotation. I was told it would be an hour and if I wanted a wash an hour fifteen minutes. After 2 hours of waiting I went up to see what was the hold up. My advisor then said she had my keys and didn't have anything written up for it, so again someone else had to help me and get me my car. If it wasn't for my warranty I would not come back. ud83dudc81‍♀ufe0f

I believe that I received a very good price on the truck that I purchased and my salesman was great.nThe reason I gave three stars is the service that has been done is not up to par I asked for them to set tire psi witch should be part of a oil change and rotation but nope .this is the third time my truck has been in for Maintenance. So just can't trust them to do bigger Maintenance tasks like brakes or transmission services when they can not get the basics right.nWith that said the service wrighters are polite and try to get you in and out when they say it will be done.just don't be suprised if they weren't able to fix your vehicle.
