WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE (not with the people that work there but with the company). Rented a car paid for it and when I went to pick it up they had NO CARS, zero cars. There were 2 other people ahead of me in the same scenario. They couldn't give me my money because I paid online. Called the online service 3 times because the call keep getting disconnected. One agent told me they could rent me a car in a different location about an hour from my picked location for double the price I had already paid for the same vehicle. Asked to speak with supervisor and the call got disconnected. Called back and they couldn't find ant vehicles at all and to reimburse my money it would take them 5-10 days. Worst costumer services ever. Ruined my vacation plans. Would NOT RECOMMEND if you need something reliable and have plans avoid this company Avis or Budget
I have been using them for several years. Always a good selection of vehicles. I really appreciate the customer service,manager especially.

This place sucks don’t waste your money here
Small roaches everywhere I couldn’t even leave food in the car this place has gone down the drain
