I had to provide my car insurance information upon arrival. Never had to do this before with other car rental companies. Also I had completed my express check in the day before. Why wasn't I asked to provide my information then? It was definitely not an express pick up. Car was great. Otherwise customer service very friendly.

The Staff here are extremely professional and respectful. Mez the manager and Landon are phenomenal.nToday, Landon displayed substantial self Control and professionalism. I blamed Landon for something regarding my reservation that I later learned was not his fault or his control. The entire time Landon displayed patience and did everything he could to explain the situation. I felt guilty when I realized it was not his fault.nThis location is highly recommendable if you are looking for honesty and 100% professionalism.nI will only rent from this enterprise location!

If there where a 0 start that is what I will give you $300 dollars hold on a $40 day rental is a ripoff now you need $500 to be able to rent a car with you ud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4eud83dudc4e

Gamaliel did a great job he was very cordial and super nice. It was pouring down rain and he made sure that the car was under shelter to help me get to it safely. Gam went over everything very thoroughly spoke clearly got me in and out so it didn't affect my day and I truly appreciate that. Gam also noticed that I was a Veteran and thank me for my service which means a lot to me. I always have a good experience at Enterprise Rent-A-Car and Gam made it even better.
