I was in a bind on a Saturday morning after an accident on a Friday night. I called Enterprise, located next door to the body shop that I had my car towed. They were able to pick me up within 30 minutes of my call and had a midsize car waiting when I arrived. After I found out that my car was going to require weeks of service (eventually a total loss), they were able to redo my rate to get me in under the $30/day my insurance was paying so it wouldn't cost me anything out of pocket. Bill called several times during my prolonged rental to check in and helped fixed a billing error that happened when I returned my vehicle (to another location). Overall a great experience!

Bill and his team are so helpful! I called somewhat last minute in need of a large suburban. He came through and it saved me. The vehicle was nice and clean and he got us a great rate!!! I’d highly recommend going there for your next rental.

Do not rent with them.... they will leave you waiting for a pick up....even though you made a apt pick up time and confirmed. I was left for 25 minutes when their office is 1 minute away!!!! I had to call 3 times before they finally picked up the phone.nnThe explanation was they were waiting for a phone call from the auto body shop to pick me up. Who is the client????? I made the appointment time pick up and was waiting for them until the auto body called them to pick me up.nnForget about being able to rent a car within your policy limits as they don't carry them so you will always have to pay overage ! I think it's planned that way....nnThey don't answer the phone, it's awful...frustrating beyond belief!nnHad to pay for a extra day of rental because they were closed for the Boston Marathon Patriots Day which is not a Federal Holiday.nnNot Happyud83dude20
