I can't remember the last time I was provided such OUTSTANDING service by anyone!nnDoddly Gay went far beyond average customer service by creatively finding a way to address my specific needs and provided me with a rental vehicle to get back home during Spring Break in Florida. Mr. Gay exceeded my expectations and he is truly an asset to the Enterprise organization. I am employed by a company that believes customer service and customer experience are the foundation for a successful business so I recognize exceptional customer service when I see it.nnKudos to Mr. Gay and Enterprise Rental for a job WELL DONE!!!

I had to get my car repaired and needed to rent a car for 3 days. My experience with Enterprise in Riviera Beach was awesome. They made sure I was picked up & dropped off and I loved the car! They were very professional & nice...especially Doddly! Thank you to the entire crew.

They went above and beyond to make sure I got the exact car that I rented. They were pleasant and professional. Pick up and drop off was very easy and efficient.

I made reservations on March 22,2021 to pick up a Nissan Maximum after waiting for 45min only to be lead to a jeep. After being lead to the Jeep I was than told we don't have your car on the lot. It took another 45mins to get a Nissan Autumn. After calling Customer service which assured me they would locate the maximum and someone would call me back shortly!! Which never happen. I called the Lake Park Office who said they had the car, when I told the gentleman who was helping me to call to see if they could bring it over, He stated, they said they were keeping it for their customers. THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, I AM NOT HAPPY WITH THE TREATMENT I RECEIVED TODAY..No customer should have to go through this unfair treatment ud83dude12 ud83dude11. The customer service was horrible ud83dude2b. They get your money but don't care about the service you receive..smdh

No cars available! They let me make the reservation, I pay for the uber to get there and then they just tell me they have no cars available. Now I have to pay for the uber back. Beautiful!
