Family member passed away at the beginning of last month November 4 2020, it's been very challenging on my entire Family. I have spoken to Anthony several times at the beginning of last week 11/23 and over the previous weekend 11/21, I rented the vehicle on Thursday 11/19 . I let him Know before I pulled out of the space at Enterprise 11175 US-1, North Palm Beach, FL 33408, and he was standing right in front of the Vehicle that the car smelled of cigarette smoke( I do NOT Smoke / Drink Alcohol/ NOR do DRUGS of any sort!!!!) and he said he would note that and give me a discount, but I needed a car right then, and there were no other vehicles that were available at that location. I thought I would only have the vehicle for two days. Also the gas tank was slightly less than a full tank(which is the way I returned it in Coconut Creek!) I said I will call him in a day or two to see about switching out the vehicle for something else. The steering on this vehicle was pulling to the right and the right front passenger tire looked to be a little worn ( FOR A 2020 VEHICLE?) Anthony did follow up with me twice, but I was busy getting a new car and this particular dealership was located in Coconut Creek (BROWARD COUNTY). The reason for this dealership we returned our family members Mercedes Benz there and had already provided the Death Certificates to MB Financial. Family members house is located in SOUTH WEST BOCA RATON, FL.(close proximity to this dealership) I just purchased a new Mercedes there too, and felt our family had dealt with the salesman, (who we also returned the car to) so I decided to myself. I tried connecting with Anthony and spoke to him over the phone on Monday Nov 23 & Tuesday Nov 24 I said I would like to exchange out the vehicle because I did not like it at all! He said he did not have anything available on Monday(right after Thanksgiving weekend) and asked if I do exchange OR if I am done with the rental to return it to his location( which I had every intention on doing), but I spoke to him again on Tuesday morning 11/24 , and he said he should be getting some cars back around 12 or 1PM, and I said ok no problem but he would call me to let me know. I did not hear from him at all and was on my way over to him around 12:45PM to see if they had different cars. I received a phone call at the time from the salesman at Mercedes Benz in Coconut Creek that I was fully approved & My car was ready please come down to sign all the paperwork. I did not expect my car to be ready on Tuesday, I thought it would have been Wednesday or Friday, but nonetheless wanted to pick up my new car. Mercedes alerted me that I could return my car to any Enterprise (which they assisted me and I was aware of). I have NOT received any bill of charges from Enterprise, ONLY a survey (appreciating my feedback) in my email to see how You did??? That prompted me to look for a receipt of some sort but to no avail. SO, I decided to check my credit card balance, lo and behold, see a charge on my credit card for $735.05 from Enterprise?nNo receipt to know how these charges were calculated, very sneaky and disturbing practices on Enterprises part.nnI sent 3 emails to Enterprises customer service which was answered by 3 different reps through email saying sorry attached you'll find your receipt, but nothing was attached...tried it again was emailed back by a different rep, and still nothing, 3rd times the charm ! I finally received it on Nov 29th and they charged on Nov 24th!nnI'll never use enterprise again, use to be a good company, but not in todays day in age, shame.

…. If I could give it ZERO stars I would… I had always had good experience with Enterprise until now. My family and I recently spent a week in Florida to visit with other family members. I reserved a car from Enterprise in advance on line to be picked up at the North Palm Beach location, and I received email confirmation. It was not until I arrived at the rental location on the day of the scheduled rental that I was told by the representative behind the desk that there were no more cars available for rent! There were 2 other renters at this location waiting for cars and we are all shocked to learn this. The representative gave no explanation and no apology. She only stated that there were no cars available and that she was the only one on duty at that location and there was nothing she could do. She said calls were made to let the customers know of the issue; however no call was ever made to me! We asked to speak to a manager, but there was none available at this location.nLater in the day, I called other Enterprise locations and they had the same story, that there were no cars available in the entire county! I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told one would be calling me back in the afternoon. I never received that call, so I called back. I was again reassured that a supervisor would be calling me back in the next few days. It has now been 10 days… more than a few days… and I have not heard ANYTHING at all from Enterprise – no explanation and no apology!!! This is very poor customer service and I am appalled by this company’s unresponsiveness, lack of professionalism and empathy for their customers! Had I known earlier that the car that I reserved in advance would not be available; I would have made alternate plans. This is totally unacceptable. I am very disappointed and do not recommend Enterprise. I will probably not be using them in the future.

Extremely easy check in. The customer service (Tanisha) agent quickly gathered my information. Everything was in an app. Took no less than five minutes to complete the application. They Webb wished me a Happy Thanksgiving. Everyone in the branch had a smile from the manager down to the technicians outside. I highly recommend using the Enterprise rental branch located at:n11175 U.S. 1, North Palm Beach, Florida 33408!
