Good customer service. The woman who handled my rental was very personable.
Don’t rent here. Terrible service! They didn’t have the size car I had rented and paid for even though I went there two days earlier to make sure they had the car. Then they transfered my reservation to the airport and I had to pay the Uber.
So when I went to pick up the car it took 30 minutes to get the car and the tire was the. Flat. Another 30 minutes to get the car fixed and the 2 hours driving it the tire went flat.nnThen roadside took 2 hours to get to us and fix.nnAfter all this went to drop this off and they had no after hours drop off box. Had to come back the next day .nnThey should close this office immediately
This Avis location was a little tricky locating (It is in the lobby of the Double Tree Hotel). But once I found it, they delivered a car with exceptional service. Quite pleased.
