At the location I have been forced to use (due to Covid closures) in Vero Beach, there is a significant lack of vehicles available on a consistent basis. As someone that has been a frequent user for work, I used to have the best experience from nice vehicles, to a quick transaction. Now, and even prior to Covid at this location, it typically takes upwards of 25 minutes to leave with a vehicle. During conversations with staff, they don't even appear concerned with winning back my business from another location I switched to. This location had disappointed me before, and now that I am forced to use this location or go to a competitor, they continue to underwhelm. 3 stars was a generous survey. I also expect that no one will contact me and/or offer to make things right so this info is more for prospective clients than for the company that asked for it to use to improve.

We rented a car for Saturday pickup. When we arrived, after waiting a very long time for service, we were told the car wasn’t available and to come back on Monday. We tried calling in advance to ensure the car came in, or we could get an alternative, and weren’t able to reach customer service or any person in the office - many times, long waits. We showed up on Monday afternoon waited a half hour to speak to a Manager, only to be told the car still wasn’t here.

I made reservations for a Full Size Pick-up Truck online for 7:30am today. I arrived and there were no trucks available. The gentleman I believe his name is Eddie said that he was supposed to have 2 returned at 7:30 am. He claimed he called the two people who were supposed to return the trucks and got voicemail. He said he would call me and worst case scenario he also had a truck coming in at 2pm and that he would call me. It is almost 3:30 pm and they have bot called me as of yet. What kind of customer service is this? Is this the way you do business? Leave people stranded at last minute..wow! I have always rented with you and sent MANY people to you and speak good things about you up until today! Really Sad! Shame on you Enterprise! Smh

it was a good car and ride. the employees were courteous and helpful and the downfall was the ridiculous price. I feel because it is time for spring break, enterprise is gouging coustomers. We are fresh from a pandemic and of all the appalling things to do is stick it to people when they need a break and human care and concern. My rate was 79$ a day before all the extras n tax too which made a 2 day rental 290$. Shame on you as the same car in Ft Lauderdale was 28$ a day. This will catch up with you and ultimately be disasterous for your business and you call yourself a human being. Are you a being or graveling and grasping? Shame shame
