Would give it one star! Absolutely garbage and the “manager” Elaine Anderson did nothing to help! She wasn’t even on site and told me she had no cars.. so a rental agency has no cars? I call bs. Cannot believe this company allows business to be conducted this way with incompetent employees.
Manager was absolutely rude and wouldn't even consider rerunning my card for 16.00 because I had my transactions turned off. I have spent over 2,000 since April with this company and I couldn't pick up a car that Ihad to wait from 930am to 1PM to get and still couldn't get.
The customer rep wasn’t wear mask. Masks and social distance are not enforced nor encouraged
I should’ve remembered our last fiasco with this company! Reserved, showed up to pick upnVehicle no one at the desk. I waited 45 minutes called corporate they had to answers. Told me to try a different Avis location. Sent me there. They had to cars available. Why even take a reservation a week in advance if you don’t have any availability or anyone working at the location?! Never again.
Hands-down the most unprofessional business in Vero Beach. On multiple occasions when you go to pick up vehicles the desk is either closed or there’s a note that says please call this number for service and you have to wait 20 minutes for someone to arrive even though you have a scheduled reservation time. Today there was no one there for drop off an hour before the scheduled close of business. Phyllis, the owner, has no sense of customer service and takes no responsibility for the issues. I highly suggest that everyone avoid this Avis location.
