INVERNESS, FLORIDA store did an EXCEPTIONAL job. Courteous staff, clean cars, clean environment. Crystal River location has horrible, discourteous staff and service. They gave MY RESERVATION AWAY, as well as another customers reservation away. Poor fella, standing there in his Chef uniform had to call a taxi ud83dude96 to get to work. I was fortunate enough to have had my sister there, who was bringing me to pick up MY reservation. I will NEVER use Crystal River, Florida Enterprise again. ONLY ENTERPRISE AT THE INVERNESS, FLORIDA LOCATION HAS THE BEST SERVICE. #1 all the way. ud83dudcaf
We rented a car and even though we waited to wash car they have been very professional and courteous to us. Picking up and dropping off... plus an upgrade!
Associates very easy to get along with. Great place with great prices.
Easy and convenient. Jared set aside the car we called about and had it ready when we arrived.
Enterprise is awesome. They are very fair and work good prices with you especially if you reserve a specific type vehicle and find its not available when you get there.
