Long wait poor customer service even with the owner there who was observed vacuuming out returned rentals. Enterprise would be an better experience service and choice for me in the near future
Wow this location was so slow. It was painful. So painful I will never rent from here again.
Great service. I happened to call in and asked a question and the representative answered the phone promptly and courteously. When I finally picked up my car, the transaction was quick and easy. 1 star off for location and because the vehicle was filthy in and out. I won't hold it against them too much because it was raining so it would have been hard to clean it at this location
My most rentals in the US is from Budget. They offer excellent one way rental options. On my last rental my car had electrical problems 400 miles away from the destination. I had to replace it at the DC airport. The process was smooth. It is important to remember that even a malfunctioning car (if it didn't need a tow) has to be returned with a full tank otherwise you will get charged $10 a gallon. I was frustrated with my car's condition and did not think of that but, luckily, the management at the location worked with me and I did not have to pay the gas penalty. But be warned.
DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. The worst experience ever. Showed up and there was no one here. A handwritten note on the door saying be back in 15 min. We waited an hour and was treated like complete garbage. Apparently the employee that was late was the supervisor. Tried to charge us a deposit but wouldn’t tell us the amount. Very shady. Called corporate with no help, they told us to just rent the car anyway.
