Vehicle was dirty on the outside and inside. Found a half consumed bottle of orange juice in one of the cup holders and used napkins. Smelled bad too. Looked like it hadn't been cleaned at all. In these days of Covid, this was not acceptable. I cleaned the car out myself rather than deal with Enterprise.
Quick fast easy as renting a car should be. Excellent service provided by Eddie.
These people are amazing! Eddie is always helpful.
Some time was spent trying to find a car. Three different places closer to me couldn't help. Michael just stepped up and hit a home run for me. He found me a ride and a great deal on a short rental. That was for the disappointment I had with all the other dealers that day. so was such a pleasant experience I would love to go back there even if it's out of my way Michael make it worth the effort.
Josh in the Saugus office was great! He was super helpful and willing to work with us twice in the past month as we needed a rental through the car dealer/warranty company. He gets and A+++ on customer service!
