I have been getting monthly rentals from this Hertz location since March. They all have gone above and beyond to make my time in their vehicles more comfortable. I have 3 kids so we need a full size SUV I was upgraded twice to a Suburban from a Tahoe and then upgraded from a mid size SUV to a full size SUV. I have to keep getting new rentals due to my husbands work, I’m never in there very long redoing the rental agreement. Doreen and her coworkers are fast and sufficient. I feel they care about their customers. I highly recommend this Hertz office.
I don't know if I went at wrong time or to wrong person but the prices were Ridiculous... as a previous Illinois resident I rented cars from Stone Park IL location for about 400 a week for a basic to full size ride... here in Melbourne my mouth dropped when they told me 2 grand .... for 2 grand I would go get a lease or down payment on a car before I would rent 1 .... very disappointed

After my exhausting ordeal with Dollar Car Rental-*shudder*ud83dude10, I rented a car here the next day. Got me a 2020 Ford ¿Fusion? or something like it. BADASSERY!!!! I LOOOVVEE this vehicle!!! I'm technologically disenfranchised so couldn't even figure out how to turn the thing on by caught on fast. I TOTALLY WANT THIS CAR. Alas, will have to return this Wed. Ok. The Hertz peeps were cool & showed me how to start the vehicle which was very nice but that was about it when it came to conversing with them...OH I signed some paperwork...
