Paid for an accessible room with a sofa and a tub. Empty spot were sofa should be and a shower. They did bring me a sofa but no luck with them bringing me a tubud83dude02. Saw a roach in the bathroom. I sprayed it and the room, I haven't seen anymore. Heavy, slew footed, person above me which is annoying. Need hotel key card to access the hotel which feels safer.

Let me tell you this place is amazing. And Tiffany at the front desk is the best.She answers any questions I have,always smiling and polite, she genuinely cares about the guest. Service is great rooms are clean and the manager is understanding and very polite as well. One con I have is the daytime front desk worker never was told her name.she is rude and has horrible customer service. That is why I don't go to the front during the day. But other than that I 100% recommend this placeud83dude0a

We've been here at the Woodsprings for 2 weeks now and it's a wonderful environment, the front desk staff are very nice and helpful ud83dude00 I also love how good the hotel smells every single day and the fact that the place is always clean and sanitized. The GM is good with working with you if u need to stay longer

The front staff was very sweet and helpful. Room was clean and smelled wonderful. Love having a full fridge and stove top to be able to cook. We will see stay here again. Thank you all so much for a great experience

This is a great hotel to stay in for an extended period of time. I stayed for 3 months and got the linen service and had a room right down the hall from the laundry room so I couldn't have asked for more.
