I am really disappointed by the customer service by Chloe and Darren. I’ve rented vehicles from Enterprise for over 12 years and a gold member.nnMy sister went to pickup a vehicle on my behalf. She called into to inform the branch that there will be an additional driver. The representative did not mention anything about the extra cost, which is totally discretionary, I used to work for Enterprise.nnThe reason they held firm, was because we did not purchase the additional insurance. I understand that’s how the reps get credit, but we do not have a need for additional insurance.nnThe branch manager(Darren) called back and enforced it. Also, I informed him on my long lasting relationship and status at enterprise. He was not concerned about delivering a good experience.nnAlso, the car smells like smoke!
Promptly opened up for business hours. Friendly and helpful staff. Good riding car. Reccomend you check in ahead before you need the car. Your ride may not be available and one of equal value may not be clean.
So glad I had Pete helping me with my rental. He is a real professional and has fantastic customer service skills. From the beginning till the end of the transaction he was awesome. Enterprise is lucky to have him onboard.
I’ve used enterprise before but this last experience was the best I’ve had yet. Great customer service. Charges were as described, no hidden fees, no hassles or issues. Everyone was super friendly and even picked me up. Will definitely use the Centreville location again!
