I'm really not sure about these negative reviews. I was here for 6 days I find everything was about as close to exceptional as a hotel at this tier could be. I would stay here again without question.

Great staff and very clean hotel.nnMy wife and I have been staying at this hotel every week for over a year. The management and staff are the best I have seen, particularly Mr. Kumar, John and Darwing. They go above and beyond to make sure your stay is safe and comfortable. Everyone is very attentive the their guests. Having travelled around the world and across the US, this hotel rates at the top. They do an excellent job to keep the facilities very clean, safe, and all amenities in top condition. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for place to stay, whether for one night or a long-term stay. My thanks and admiration to everyone at this facility.

This is not based on my stay because my room isn’t ready yet, but as far as customer service I was disappointed. The front desk receptionist was rude. I walked in and stood there waiting for assistance for about 5 minutes while the guy was texting on his phone. It took the housekeeper to tell him to get off his phone and assist me. This should not happen. Hopefully he wasn’t a manager. If so this is poor customer service. Hopefully my stay will be awesome.

Candlewood Suites in Manassas was great. I was traveling from out of state and the hotel was very easy to find. It has plenty of room to walk and relax. My room was super clean and very nice. It was very quiet too. My pups and I really enjoyed the stay. We will definitely be back!
