The customer service was great and the car was in great condition. The issue I had was that the car smelt like smoke. They have you sign that you won't smoke in the car or bring pets in the car. I was told the cleaning products when used can cause a smoke smell. I would highly recommend they switch cleaning products or put a car freshener in each car. I bought one to use and it was the only thing that somewhat managed the smell.

I have encountered some employees at Enterprise rent a car, that are very friendly and really enjoy trying to help you and I have spoken to some that can be really nasty on the phone when they don’t have to be. But for the most part the good ones out way the bad ones. I gave them 4 stars because of the bad ones.
Best rental car experience ever. Colin and the team were super accommodating and professional. No pressure and easy going. Great all round experience and highly recommend. Will definitely use this location again.
