What an amazing experience. Dwight made purchasing a 2020 Toyota Camry for my son so easy from having the car transferred from out of state to finalizing the purchase. He’s so friendly and accommodating. I will definitely use Dwight and Enterprise Car Sales again in the future.

Just, wow. I rented a car from here and returned it four hours later. My credit card was charged for three days of use. No one called or emailed to let me know this.nI called two weeks ago and was assured the money would be refunded in 48 hours.nI called last week as I still had not received the refund and was again told to wait 48 hours.nI called again this week and spoke to the manager. He apologized, saying he was out last week and that their computer system is currently down, but said refund would be initiated once they are back online.nI called again yesterday, computers are still down they said.nI see today that I was refunded for one day of use (should have been refunded for two days). I call again this morning and was told, again, that I should see the refund on my credit card in about 48 hours.nWhy on earth should I, a consumer, have to call SIX TIMES to rectify a simple mistake that was made on their end!?nThere was also a long wait time to even pick up the car. This particular Enterprise location is truly a disaster.

Came into enterprise with little hope. My credit isn't the greatest & I had a prior repossession. I came in & spoke with Dwight Pernell & he came through for me! Totally boosted my spirits & got me a great deal on a car in the same day! Yes, the same day! Totally unexpected! His customer service is amazing! Him & his team went above & beyond for me to get a vehicle & I am beyond grateful I came in to see him today! I'm so excited about my 2019 Kia Optima!!!nnThanks again Dwight!

I cannot say enough good things about Mike, Matthew and Tyrek. They are empathetic, thorough and helpful beyond any Enterprise rep that i have ever met. They have gone out of their way for me and i can never thank them enough as this was an awful month for me and my famiy. They took care of me and that is what i needed.

The new Woodbridge location is awesome! I was asked if I wanted a Jeep. I was a little apprehensive due to my height. He assured me that it was a great car and I would love it. He was correct. I will return in the future whenever I need a rental. Great customer service!
