If I could give a zero I would. We rented a car almost exactly a week ago, the lady inside was new, nothing against her she just had no idea what she was doing. They had to run a credit check, if you pay by debit card? What the hell is that? Took a 200$ deposit from us. We show up to return the car within less than 48 hours. The door was locked with a note on the front to call some number. We dropped off the car at the collision repair place behind the office, with zero paperwork given back to us. Then corporate office calls us days later claiming the car was never returned and we're severely over due?? Save your time and money people go elsewhere!!... I still havent got the deposit back yet either!!
I went to Orange va location yesterday. And a very helpful woman name April . Help us out she went out of her way to help us to get in a car she also got on the phone with the insurance company to get stuff straight. Very nice lady thank you again!!
