Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Went thru our insurance and website and the service was great! Got the rental right away and it was a good, clean car. Also, loved the pick up and drop off with my body shop location.

As a previous branch manager at erac I’m very familiar with how they operate. I’m a platinum member now and simply asked an individual nicely if I could use the restroom. The person there refused to let me in “because of the pandemic” even though there were clearly people inside...as a branch manager I would have never turned customers away if they needed to use the restroom regardless of whether they were renting right then or not. Disappointing to say the least.

Had to have body work on my car. Enterprise was friendly and quick! There agent was so helpful!

I’m so unhappy with the service that I received and the car that I got. From the beginning I was trying to get a car rental and they told me they had no cars so they call back in a couple days, so I did. When I called they told me they still didn’t have any cars available but they had three cars coming in that need an oil changes and to call back in about an hour. So I did. The man on the phone told me that I was gonna be getting a Toyota Corolla and when I showed up he informed me that I wasn’t getting the Corolla that I was getting a Nissan versa. All of it was super rushed because it was closer to the end of the day, but I was waiting for my brother to get off of work. I am from the West Coast so I didn’t know how to get there any other way then to wait for my brother. When I got there, the man is very nice, which is the only reason that they are getting two stars and not one. But it seem like he was rushing everything. Even my car was still dirty. he also told me that the car was no smoking, on my way back to my brothers house I noticed that there was a really strong cigarette smoke smell, and every person that got into the car said the same thing. I tried to call about it before the store closed and no one answered, and then I called eight minutes after the store closed so I called the next day and the man that rented the car to me was off for the day so I informed the man that was working at the time that the car had a really strong cigarette smoke smell and all he had to say was “as long as there’s no ashes in the car you won’t be charged.” So that tells me that anybody can be smoking in these cars and they don’t care, as long as you don’t leave ashes in there. I had the car for about three days and was charged almost $300! the military discount which I received was a joke, it wasn’t even enough to fill the gas tank. And that says a lot because How cheap gas is in Virginia. I got the most basic car and I was charged just as much as I would have been driving a luxury vehicle! I don’t think I will ever go to another enterprise again, I don’t care if I have to wait three days before my brother can take me to get a car rental I don’t care if I have to drive two hours to another car rental, enterprise will never have my business again. So unhappy with everything from start to finish.

Back in 2018 we rented from here, we thought the man who helped us was incredibly friendly and informative. We decided to go back again this year and were honestly a little weary that we wouldn’t have the same experience. Shockingly they surprised me! Christina helped us this year and she was beyond incredible. From her professionalism to her personality, I can’t find one thing to complain about! We will certainly be customers again because of their outstanding staff members.
