What a wonderful getaway. So needed in these stressful times. Chef Repp exceeded expectations with fantastic cuisine, Mr. Carter's hospitality was exceptional. The spa was clean and relaxing. The room spacious and immaculately clean. I must especially thank Lisa from the front desk who went above and beyond. She heard my daughter forgot her hairbrush as we were buying a comb in the lovely snack shop. The next day she had stopped on her way to work and purchased us a brush on her own volition. This is hospitality to the extreme. What a huge asset Lisa is to this property. Thank you. We hope to come back soon to enjoy the outdoor pool and all the other wonderful amenities this hotel offers. Well done!

It was good, not great...which can translate to over priced. We went for a night get away. The staff was wonderful: friendly and professional. The room was clean, but the bathroom shows its age.nHad dinner at the Piedmont. Service, again, was wonderful. The food was satisfying and quality, but again over priced by maybe $5.nWe've enjoyed our local stays other places just a bit more, but nothing was horrible here.

Beautiful and relaxing!!! Covid has made it so that they’ve had to put some restrictions in place, but that didn’t ruin my relaxation. Can’t wait for room service and valet parking to be resumed!!!nCustomer service is also Great!! Worth the money spent!!

Incredibly friendly and welcoming front desk staff, but the room was dated and didn't appear to be cleaned properly. Some of the items in the room weren't clean, for example, one of the coffee mugs had chapstick/lipstick marks on it. There were no disposable cup options in the room, which seems like something you would prefer during a pandemic, to ensure cleanliness. For the price, I was expecting something cleaner and better kept up.

My family and I stayed at Lansdowne Resort for my wedding and I can honestly say, it was the best decision I made. The rooms were spotless, the on-site spa services were great, but the best part by far was the staff. When I say they went “above and beyond” to help us, I mean not only that everyone was exceptionally kind and helpful (even during some typical family/wedding-day panics...), but one staff member in particular—Mehmet—*personally* drove flowers for the cake out to us when they were delivered late. He deserves a huge raise and maybe even some kind of medal. Every time I talked to someone from out of town, they raved about how friendly everyone at the hotel was. They made our whole wedding experience the joyful celebration it was meant to be; I can’t thank them enough for it.
