I made a reservation, and I cancel the day before January 10, 2021.nThe pick up was next day. I have a broken wrist, and I’m taking Percocet.nI need to drive to Newport News Virginia. That’s like 3 hours drive. How I broke my wrist and I’m taking heavy medication, I prefer cancel.nThrifty car rental never returned my $37. I called them. I don’t see the money in my account.nThey told me 10 business day.nI called today, and the customer service Spanish man told me “how is below the $50 dollars they keep that money. Basically you lose that money $0 refund”.nnWhat? Oh hell I need make a review. They make me wait as I will and it’s not true. They make think to keep your money.nHe made a report for consideration and they will refund between 5 to 7 days. More days to wait.nI think they don’t want paid me. If you called about the refund they use different excuses.nI always rent cars win Enterprise car rental. Never issues, they have new, clean cars and they refund too.nFirst experience with Thrifty, not honest car rental and I don’t want rent a car again in my life! Their cost service explained more.
Unbelievable. Booked online for rental car and when I showed up on my scheduled pickup time, both attendants, Amir & Amir say they have no cars even when there were others returning their cars. Then they say to check with Avis when they are closed! Never again!!!!
Friendly service even though I couldn't rent a vehicle.
They charged extra money (Hidden fees) dont go there pls safe your money
affordable but once I upgraded the car, I ended up paying more than double even though both cars were SUV van
